I’m Ahmet Kel, and I’m at the starting line

I am building a small online business from scratch, with no audience and no budget. This site is that attempt, written down as it happens.

I’m not a marketer and I’m not selling a course. The reason to read me rather than someone with ten years of results is narrow but real: they can’t remember what this part feels like, and I can’t forget. That advantage has an expiry date, which is why I’m writing it down while it’s still true.

The rules I work inside

No budget, so free tiers only. Limited time, so nothing that only works as a full-time job. No audience, so nothing that assumes a mailing list already exists. Anything I end up recommending has to survive all three, which is why my answers will look different from advice written by people with money.

How this will make money — eventually

Affiliate links on tools I actually pay for and use. There are none on the site today. When there are, there’ll be a plain note above the first one on the page, not buried in the footer. If a tool I’ve recommended turns out to be bad, saying so is worth more than the commission — the commission is small and the credibility is the whole thing.
